# Malaysia v2: API overview

The pages that document the Malaysia e-invoicing API v2 (legacy) for LHDN and Peppol: account setup, onboarding, the Unify and document APIs, and error messages.

API v2 for Malaysia has two e-invoicing options:

- **LHDN**: e-invoices sent to Malaysia’s Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) for validation.
- **Peppol**: e-invoices exchanged over the Peppol network, which follows international e-invoicing standards.
