# Malaysia v2: LHDN onboarding

The fields of the LHDN onboarding form on the Complyance dashboard for Malaysia API v2 (legacy), and what to enter in each.

After you [sign in](https://docs.complyance.io/legacy/v2/malaysia/signin/), the first step in the portal is onboarding. Each field asks for a piece of business information needed for e-invoicing.

## Onboarding fields

1. **Peppol network usage**: whether you will use the Peppol network for invoice transactions. Choose **Yes** or **No**. If you choose **Yes**, see [Peppol onboarding](https://docs.complyance.io/legacy/v2/malaysia/onboarding-peppol/).
2. **TIN number**: your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
3. **BRN number**: your company’s Business Registration Number (BRN).
4. **SST registration number**: your Sales and Services Tax (SST) registration number, if your business is registered for SST.
5. **Tourism tax registration number**: optional. Leave it blank if you do not have one or it does not apply.
6. **Digital signature**: upload your digital signature file. See [how to get a digital signature certificate](https://docs.complyance.io/legacy/v2/malaysia/onboarding-digital-signature/).
7. **Digital signature PIN**: the PIN for your digital signature.
8. **Company name**: the name of your company.
9. **Branch name**: the name of the branch you are onboarding.
10. **Branch address**: the address of the branch.
11. **Country**: preselected as **Malaysia**.

When you have filled in all required fields, click **Onboard** to complete LHDN onboarding. Check that the information is accurate to avoid delays.
