Partner Platform is for businesses that support other companies’ e-invoicing. Your workspace brings together the customers and tools you can access. One Platform is where an individual business works with its own documents.

## Workspaces and access

Choose the correct workspace before opening client data. A client connection identifies the customer you work with; a user’s access determines which actions they can perform. Seeing a client in the list does not automatically grant every team member access to that client’s One Platform workspace.

Use [client management](https://docs.complyance.io/partner-platform/clients/) to review customers and access. Use [partnerships](https://docs.complyance.io/partner-platform/partnerships/) when an accounting firm and a system integrator need to work together on a client.

## Find operational and developer tools

The **Client Portal** contains customer operations. Switch to **Developer Portal** for integration mappings, payloads, sources and API keys. The pages available depend on your partner type, permissions and workspace setup.
