# Use the ISV portal

Find customer onboarding, document operations and developer tools in your ISV workspace. You need a Partner Platform login with access to that workspace.

## Choose the workspace and environment

Use the workspace selector at the top of the sidebar to choose the ISV workspace. Check the country and **Sandbox** or **Production** selector before working with customer data.

The portal switcher at the bottom of the sidebar changes between **Client Portal** and **Developer Portal**, the Partner Platform’s Developer portal. It changes the tools shown in the navigation.

## Client Portal

| Page | Use it for |
| - | - |
| **Dashboard** | Review document activity and outcomes for the selected period |
| **Customer access** | Manage a customer’s connection scope and portal users |
| **Documents** | Review sales and purchase documents and their results |
| **Reports** | Review reporting available for the selected country |
| **Onboard** | Add companies and branches, or open **Bulk upload** |
| **Credits** | Review the credit pool, company allowances and transactions. This is a [preview feature](https://docs.complyance.io/partner-platform/isv/credits/). |
| **Support** | Ask for help with a specific request or document |

## Developer portal

| Page | Use it for |
| - | - |
| **Integration engine** | Create and manage mappings from your payload to GETS |
| **Payload Manager** | Manage sample payloads used by mappings |
| **Source management** | Review the sources that identify sending systems |
| **API Keys** | Manage credentials used by your backend |
| **Webhooks** | Configure event delivery to your application |

Available actions depend on your workspace access. An older workspace may already have a custom mapping; check it before choosing a new default.

## If something goes wrong

**A page is missing:** check the selected portal and workspace, then ask a workspace administrator to check your access.

**The dashboard is empty:** check the country, environment, direction and date range before assuming that no documents exist.
