Onboard a Saudi Arabian company

Register a Saudi Arabian company and its e-invoicing identity. Have the company’s registration details, source details and ZATCA verification code ready.

Before you start

Select Saudi Arabia in your workspace and choose the environment where the company will send invoices. Have the company’s legal and tax details. You also need the six-digit verification code provided for the registration.

Register the company

  1. Open company onboarding and select Saudi Arabia.
  2. In EGS Details, enter the e-invoicing identity details for this company. EGS means electronic generation solution: the identity used for the company’s invoice issuing setup.
  3. In Source Details, enter the name and version of the system that sends invoices. This step may be absent for a company migrated from an earlier setup.
  4. In Company Details, enter the VAT number, legal name, industry and registered address. Enter a TIN or commercial registration number only if it applies to the company.
  5. In Business Details, choose the business type and any additional requirements shown for your company.
  6. In Enter OTP, enter the six-digit verification code and submit the registration.

The final screen confirms when registration succeeds. If the code is rejected, check that you entered the current code for this company before trying again. A completed screen means the company is registered in the selected environment.

Next, check the Saudi Arabia invoice fields before sending a document.
