Partner Platform for accounting firms
Understand how your firm manages client workspaces and coordinates integration work.
Your accounting-firm workspace keeps client operations together while each client retains its own workspace. Start in Clients management to review the client list, commercial mode, credit balance and assigned limits.
Day-to-day client work
Search for the client, then use its action menu to open View Documents, View Reports, View Credit History or Manage Access. Confirm the client name and relevant environment before reviewing documents or reports.
Access to the partner workspace and access to an individual client are separate. Use Manage Access to review who can enter the client’s One Platform workspace. Follow manage clients for the steps.
Commercial modes
| Mode | Meaning shown in the portal |
|---|---|
| Partner Credit Pool | Your firm holds credits; clients consume from assigned limits |
| Partner Billed Per Client | Credits are billed per client under the partner workspace |
| Direct Client Billing | The client is billed directly for its own usage |
Read the selected mode before interpreting a client’s credits and limits. A missing limit is not necessarily an error when the client uses a different commercial mode.
Work with an integrator
Use Partnerships to request a system integrator and assign the clients that need integration work. The connection is arranged through support. Share only the clients included in the agreed work.
If the page shows Go to Certification, complete the required certification before the gated action becomes available.
Track sales separately
Sales contains Pipeline, Company and Templates. These support your commercial workflow. A sales record alone does not confirm that the client’s e-invoicing setup or user access is complete.
Next, manage your clients.
