Run a testbed check

Check an integration with a sample invoice in sandbox and inspect the validation result. You need a mapping, a suitable payload and access to the selected workspace.

The Testbeds page lets you check a saved integration without sending a production invoice. For the test cases within a new mapping’s setup flow, follow Test your mapping instead.

Select what to test

  1. Open Developer portal → Testbeds in the workspace where your integration is saved.
  2. Select the Integration, then a Country covered by that integration.
  3. Choose the Environment, Source and Payload offered for this selection. Start with sandbox and a representative test invoice. The source must be linked to the integration when required by the selected environment.
  4. Choose Test.

When the check completes, open View Validation Results. Compare the reported fields and errors with View Raw Payload to find where a value came from. A passing result confirms this test payload for this selection; it does not authorize production submissions or prove that every invoice your source may send will pass.

If something goes wrong

No integration or payload is available: check the workspace, country and environment. Create a mapping or supply a matching sample before testing again.

You are prompted for a source: finish the source setup and link the source to the integration. Return to Testbeds and select it before testing.

Validation fails: read the reported field and message, compare the raw payload, correct the source data or edit the mapping, then run Test again. Do not treat a failed test as a submitted invoice.

Next, manage integrations to review the mapping and its linked sources.
