Manage integrations
Update a saved mapping, add a country or source, or bring an accessible mapping into your workspace. You need access to the integration in the intended workspace and environment.
Open Developer portal → Integration engine and select the integration in GETS Mapping List. Check its countries, mapping completion, test cases and status before changing it. In Progress, Active and Inactive describe the displayed integration state; check test results and source assignments separately before sending invoices.
Change a mapping or its sources
- Choose Edit GETS mapping to change which source fields populate GETS. Select the country and sample payload in the dialog, then choose Proceed. See Map your fields to GETS.
- Choose Edit Country mapping to change country-specific fields. Select the country and sample, then choose Proceed. See Map country fields.
- Choose Add new country when the same integration must cover another country. Complete its country mapping and tests before using it for that country.
- Choose Manage sources to inspect and change which sending systems use the integration. A mapping is not selected for an API request merely because it exists in the list.
After a mapping change, run the affected test cases again. Check the source association before submitting through the API. A previous passing result for a different payload or country does not validate your edit.
Rename, import, transfer or remove
- Choose Rename on an editable integration, enter the new display name, and choose Save. This changes its displayed name, not the invoice fields in your source system.
- Choose Import Mapping to view integrations available from your partner, then choose Import on the one you need. An imported integration marked Managed by partner can be viewed but changed only by that partner.
- Choose Transfer from another workspace, select a workspace and mapping you can access, then choose Transfer. The destination receives a new draft; review its country mapping, source assignments and tests in the destination workspace before use.
- Choose Delete only when the integration is no longer needed. Read the confirmation: deleting the integration’s mapping for its countries cannot be undone. Check which sources use it first.
The protected Default GETS Mapping supplied to some ISV workspaces cannot be renamed or deleted. Its standard fields are read-only. If you need to change those fields, choose Duplicate mapping, edit and test the copy, then select the intended default for the environment deliberately. See Use the default UAE mapping.
If something goes wrong
Editing is unavailable: check whether the integration is Managed by partner or a protected default, and whether you have permission in this workspace. Ask the owner to make the change or use an editable copy where offered.
A source still uses the old mapping: check Manage sources in the correct workspace and environment; transferring or duplicating a mapping does not change existing source associations for you.
An imported or transferred mapping is missing: check the selected workspace and the lists offered by Import Mapping or Transfer from another workspace. You can only select mappings available to your account.
Next, test your mapping after any change.
