Onboard your first company

Register a legal entity for e-invoicing in its country.

Creating an account gives you a workspace. Sending compliant invoices also needs a company: the legal entity that issues them, registered for e-invoicing in its country.

What company onboarding collects

Each country asks for different details. Expect some of these:

  • Company details and tax identifiers
  • Branches
  • The source system that will send invoices
  • Peppol registration, in countries that use the Peppol network

Supported countries

Company onboarding is available for the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Belgium and Germany. Each country guide has its own onboarding page:

Onboarding your customers’ companies

ISVs onboard companies on behalf of their customers, one at a time or in bulk, from the portal or through the Connect API. See Companies & branches.
