Read notifications

Read the in-app alerts for your selected country and environment, and choose which events also send an email. You need access to the workspace whose notifications you want to review.

One Platform tells you about events in two ways: in-app notifications, which everyone in the workspace can read on the Notifications page, and emails, which Owners and Admins set up in Notification settings.

Open your notifications

  1. In the Invoice Portal, select the country and environment you want to review.
  2. Select Notifications in the sidebar. An unread indicator appears beside it when you have new items.
  3. Read each item’s title and message. Choose View, or the item’s own action, to open the related page.

The page groups items by date, newest first. New items have a blue dot. Notifications follow the country and environment selected in the sidebar, so an alert about a Malaysian sandbox export appears only with Malaysia and Sandbox selected.

ActionWhat it does
Mark as readMarks one item as read
Mark all as readMarks every item as read
DeleteRemoves the item from the page
MuteStops pop-up alerts. Items still arrive on this page. Unmute notification popups turns them back on.

When you leave the page, unread notifications are marked as read.

Guests do not have a Notifications page.

What you are notified about

Notifications cover things that happen in the workspace, for example:

  • Exports: a document export is ready, or Bulk Export Failed if preparing or delivering it failed. Try again or contact support.
  • Credits: Credits Running Low when 10% or less of your credits remain, and Credits Exhausted when none do. See Credits.
  • Onboarding: Onboarded Successfully when a company finishes onboarding.
  • Sources: Source Added and Source Removed when a source is linked to, or unlinked from, a mapping or branch.
  • Master records: New Record Created and Record Deleted.
  • Team: your role changed, or ownership of the workspace was transferred.
  • Developer setup: an API key was created or revoked, or Webhook delivery failed. See Developer notifications.

Get emails as well

In-app notifications reach only people who open the page. To email people when an event happens, an Owner or Admin creates a notification profile: open Settings, then Notification settings. See Choose who gets email notifications.

Until a profile exists, notifications stay in the app.

To send events to your own system instead, set up a webhook.

If something looks wrong

  • An expected alert is missing. Check the country and environment in the sidebar. Each pair has its own notifications.
  • No pop-ups appear. Check whether you muted them, and choose Unmute notification popups.
  • An export alert never arrived. Open the document export guide to check the request, and try again.
