Workspaces and access

Choose the correct workspace before opening client data. A client connection identifies the customer you work with; a user’s access determines which actions they can perform. Seeing a client in the list does not automatically grant every team member access to that client’s One Platform workspace.

Use client management to review customers and access. Use partnerships when an accounting firm and a system integrator need to work together on a client.

Find operational and developer tools

The Client Portal contains customer operations. Switch to Developer Portal for integration mappings, payloads, sources and API keys. The pages available depend on your partner type, permissions and workspace setup.
