Find an onboarded company

Recover a company’s identifiers and source details from your ISV workspace. You need portal access or a Connect API key.

Find it in the portal

Open Onboard in the ISV portal. The Onboarding page groups branches under each company. Check the branch name, Peppol participant ID, source name and source version against your saved customer record.

The Branch ID — Share as BuyerReference column is the supplier-facing reference. Use its copy button when sharing the value; do not replace it with another company or source identifier.

Find it through Connect

Search company sourcesbash
curl --get 'https://prod.gets.complyance.io/v3/connect/companies' \
  --header "X-API-Key: ${COMPLYANCE_API_KEY}" \
  --data-urlencode 'countryCode=AE' \
  --data-urlencode 'search=acme' \
  --data-urlencode 'page=1' \
  --data-urlencode 'limit=20'

Inspect data[] and the pagination metadata. Confirm sourceName and sourceVersion, then save the returned companyId as the company identifier for operations that request companyId. Request subsequent pages until you have checked all matching results.

Use status=active for active sources or status=inactive when investigating an archived source. The reference lists all filters.

Recover after an uncertain create

If onboarding timed out or you lost its response, search for the original source name/version before resubmitting. Reuse an existing matching company; do not create another alias merely to avoid a duplicate error.

If something goes wrong

No match: check the workspace key and search terms. Remove restrictive filters and inspect the remaining pages.

More than one version: match both source name and source version to your saved integration.

Next, add another branch to the existing company.
