Download an invoice report

Choose a report for the country you are working in, preview its records and export a CSV or Excel file. Sign in to the Invoice Portal and select the country and environment you want to report on first.

Open Reports in the Invoice Portal menu. The reports and records you see follow the country and environment selected in the sidebar. If the page looks empty, check both selections before changing your report.

Export a predefined report

  1. Find a report card by name, or use Search Reports. Choose the card that matches the records you need. If prompted, choose Sales, Purchases or Both.
  2. Set the date range at the top of the report. The table previews matching records. Use the search box beside the date range to find a row in the preview.
  3. Open Export and choose CSV or Excel. Wait for the export to finish before looking for the download.

The preview is a way to inspect the report, not the exported file. Open the downloaded file to check its records. If the table says No data available, widen the date range or check the selected country and environment.

Make a custom report

Use a custom report when the predefined cards do not contain the fields you need.

  1. Choose the Custom Reports card, then Create Manually.
  2. Enter a report name and description. Choose the fields to include and set the date range and any filters.
  3. Check the preview, then choose Save to keep the report, or Save and Export to save it and start an Excel export.

The saved report appears under Custom Reports. Open its card to change its fields or filters; use the card’s menu for View, Edit Report or Delete Report. Deleting a report asks for confirmation and cannot be undone.

If you see Report name is required or Report description is required, fill in the missing value and save again. If the preview has no rows, check the date range, filters, country and environment before exporting.

Find a completed export

In production, choose Export History from the Reports page. Find the report by name or status. An export marked Completed has a download action; Pending means it is not ready. Choose Failed to read the error, then return to Reports and generate the report again with a smaller date range or different filters if needed.

Export History does not appear in Sandbox. For help finding a specific invoice behind a report, use Search, filters and views.
