Partner Platform for system integrators
Understand how to access assigned clients and configure their invoice integrations.
A system integrator connects a client’s ERP or other sending system to Complyance. Partner Platform gives you the client scope and developer tools needed for that work. A connection to another partner does not give access to every one of its clients.
Confirm the client assignment
Use Partnerships to review the connections and clients assigned to your workspace. Confirm the client, country and intended document flow before configuring an integration. If no connection or client is available, ask the managing partner to complete the support-led connection and client assignment.
See partnerships for connection states and assignment behavior.
Prepare the integration
In Developer Portal, use Payload Manager for the sample data and Integration engine to map that payload to GETS, Complyance’s standard invoice format. Use Source management to identify the sending system and API Keys for its backend credentials.
Check the client’s environment before testing. Use sandbox data and a representative invoice, then inspect the final document result before treating the integration as ready.
Hand over operational access
Confirm who will maintain the integration and who needs access to the client’s documents and reports. Keep API keys in the customer’s or partner’s approved server-side secret storage; do not put them in a handover document.
A client’s document access and your integration assignment are separate. If the user cannot open the client’s One Platform workspace, review client access with the managing partner.
If the client is unavailable
Check that the partnership is active and that this client is assigned. A pending, suspended or revoked connection needs to be resolved before you can rely on it for ongoing work.
