Manage client workspaces

Find a managed client and open its documents, reports or access settings. You need a partner workspace with permission to work with that client.

Find the client

Open Clients management. Use Search client… to locate the client in Clients list. Check its name and Commercial Mode before taking an action.

The table shows Credits, Credits Expiry, Limits and Limits Expiry. Their meaning depends on whether the client uses a partner credit pool, partner billing per client or direct client billing.

Open the relevant workspace view

Open the client’s action menu and choose View Documents, View Reports or View Credit History. Confirm the client context in the page that opens.

If One Platform access is denied, ask a user with permission to manage client access to review your grant. Repeatedly opening the link does not change your permissions.

Manage who can access the client

Choose Manage Access. Review the listed users, partner role, client role and access status. Use Grant or Revoke for the intended user and check the updated status.

If customer invitations are available, enter the customer’s email in Customer email and choose Invite customer. Check the recipient carefully before sending; the invitation gives access to this client’s workspace.

Review an assigned usage limit

For clients using the partner credit pool, use Assign Limit when available. Review Limit amount, the start and expiry date/time, Country and Time zone. The expiry must be after the start, and the requested amount must fit the available partner credits.

Confirm the change only after reviewing those values. Read back the client’s limit and expiry from the table.

If something goes wrong

No client matches: clear the search and check that you selected the correct partner workspace.

An action is unavailable: check your role, the client’s commercial mode and any certification requirement. If Go to Certification is shown, complete that requirement first.

The limit is rejected: check the amount, available partner credits, time zone and start/expiry order.

Next, assign a client to a partnership when an integrator needs to work on its setup.
